If you'd like to delete your Myxt account and the personal data associated with it, you can request this at any time by contacting our support team. We'll process your request promptly.

- Include your account details
Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and process your request.
- We'll confirm within 7 days
You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Any preferences and settings associated with your account
- Your usage history and activity data within the app
- Any content you have created or saved within Myxt
Retention & exceptions
Some data may be retained after deletion in limited circumstances:
- Aggregated analytics — anonymized, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for product improvement.
- Legal obligations — we may be required to retain certain records (e.g. transaction data) for up to 7 years to comply with applicable law.
- Backup systems — residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, after which they are purged automatically.
